The passion she has for sports started at an early age. At school, and later in college, she played at various levels. But, her dream was to become a broadcaster. Taft, who graduated from Boston University in broadcast journalism with a focus on reports on sports and regional ties, began her career working for Fox Sports North. Apart from being a sports reporter, she was a contributor to social networks and as an in-between host for a variety of games. In no time, Fox Sports 1 hired her to be part of the News and Highlights department. Taft was a reporter at FS1 and covered numerous important competitions.
